Munn Reserve is located between Argyle Place and High Street, in the inner city suburb of Millers Point. It sits on land which was part of a land grant to James Mann, who operated a shipbuilding yard with a floating dry dock in this area. It features sandstone blocks which are relics of demolished buildings.
At least they saved some reminders of what once was there.
ReplyDeleteMillers point is one of the good location to photograph the bridge
ReplyDeleteIt's wonderful to see remnants of the past still standing amidst the modern cityscape.
