This pipeline is located at the southern end of Thirroul Beach, in the village of Thirroul, north of Wollongong. The pipeline is connected to a pumphouse which pumps fresh water from the ocean to the nearby salt water public pool.
It’s cool to see the practical side of how those saltwater pools actually stay filled. That reflection off the pipeline makes for a great shot for all those link-ups.
