This commercial development faces Old Princes Highway and backs onto Eton Street, in the southern suburb of Sutherland. Although this is not a heritage building, it was designed to look like other historic buildings in the area. This is a historic photo too since it was taken in 2006 and the propert management agent tenants have since moved out.
