Waterloo, metro station, art

This lenticular wall is at the entrance to Waterloo metro station, an underground station in the inner city suburb of Waterloo. It is part of an extensive artwork called "Footprints on Gadigal Nura" which was created in 2024 by indigenous artist Nicole Monks which can be seen here. The wall embodies the title of the artwork, when viewed from either direction. The view from the other direction will be shown next week.
