Sydney Opera House, Vivid Sydney, Lighting of the Sails

The Sydney Opera House was illuminated for the Vivid Sydney Festival which ran from 22 May to 13 June 2016. Vivid Sydney is a festival of light, music and ideas now in its eighth year and the biggest festival of its type in the world. This year's "Lighting the Sails" display was called "Opera Mundi", created by French multimedia artist Yann Nguema and scored by Romanian classical and electronic composer Mischa Blanos.
