This building is part of the former Lewisham Hospital, located along Thomas Street in the inner west suburb of Lewisham. The original Catholic hospital was built in 1889 on the grounds of St Thomas's Catholic Church. The hospital closed in 1988 and is now Catholic Healthcare Lewisham Nusing Home, a low-care hostel, high-care nursing home and self-care village.
