Pendle Hill, shopping centre

The shopping centre on Pendle Way in the western suburb of Pendle Hill. This is typical of a western suburb shopping centre, located close to a railway station. The buildings and structures on the industrial properties, on the other side of the railway track, dominate the skyline.

Interesting street landscape with a skyline of busy industry!

Real life as she is lived whether we call it High Street or Main Street. It is boring and mundane ...

I like that pedestrian sign; very different from the ones I'm used to seeing.

Thanks for your visit and comment.

Old Skool Sydney. Is someone selling the Sun or Mirror on the corner.

Yep, very typical suburban shops.

I like browsing in specialty stores, but I'm not much of a consumer.

50 specialty shops, huh? For some that's a drawcard - but for others? A nightmare!!

Red Nomad Oz, I can only think that they are a drawcard. Many people prefer the old style specialty shops in the suburban shopping centres rather than the same-same chain stores that you find in all the big malls.
