Not a beach, but a bay. I took the photo from the steps that lead down to the wharf, where the audience can sit.
Nothing like playing in the cool shade which I doubt the people watching had. Good backdrop

What was the occasion for the performance?
It was a Christmas concert and they were performing Christmas carols.
A great atmosphere harbourside I imagine. And such a sunny day. I think Melbourne may have a sunny day today.
That's a nice spot for an amphitheatre.
Here we are under ice and snow. One day I'd like to have a warm and sunny Christmas :) Great capture
