This commercial and residential building is located along Oxford Street, in the inner city suburb of Paddington. It contains four shops on the ground floor and flats above on the first floor.
"How and What" is a ladies boutique with some fancy dresses in the shop window but it looks like it is on the move with that "End of Lease Sale" sign on display.
I bet the apartments upstairs are gorgeous. Look at those big windows.
