This row of shops and offices is located along the Pacific Highway, in the northern suburb of North Sydney. "The Cloisters Antiques" is the heritage listed shop in the middle built in the 1880s in the Victorian Free Gothic architectural style. The surrounding buildings built in later eras have either mimicked aspects of the building or have been built in sympathetic architectural styles.

The middle one really stands out. Good to see the others have been built sympathetically.

ReplyDeleteThe middle one really stands out in the row of buildings. The others look like they are missing something in the style department but still they're attractive buildings too.
