Bondi, Sculpture By The Sea

Counterpoints by Penelope Forlano
Federation by Geoffrey Bartlett
Space Plan (2010) by Lv Pinchang
Perseverance by Hyung-Taek Chang
Antithesis (2012) by Matthew Harding
These sculptures were exhibited on the cliffs in the eastern suburb of Bondi and Marks Park in Tamarama. They were part of the 22nd annual Sculpture by the Sea exhibition, along the two kilometre coastal walk from Bondi to Tamarama until last weekend.

  1. Federation? I thought it looked like an old-fashioned telephone. :-)

  2. We went to Bondi to visit the park but it had started to rain before we got there. We just stayed on the bus and came on back. Thank you for this peek.

    1. That's a shame, Jim. It can be a bit wild in rough weather.

  3. I love Antithesis. Thanks for all of your excellent photos of the sculptures.

  4. I am always amazed how artists (specially sculptors) chose names for their works.

  5. Some cool works. Space Plan reminds me of space debris fallen from the sky!

  6. Wow...this park and its sculptures are the gifts that keep giving.... Antithesis is my favorite too.

  7. Hello, neat collection of sculptures by the sea. Happy Friday, enjoy your day and weekend!

Thanks for visiting my blog. Please leave me a message. Jim.
