This former factory is located on the corner of Australia Street and Lennox Street, in the inner city suburb of Newtown. It was originally built as a bakery at the turn of the 20th century and then expanded in 1921 to manufacture clothing until the late 1980s, when it was converted into a residential property.
I'm always so intrigued as to how in the day some buildings were constructed. The workforce that put this one up with the smooth sides and interesting top design. :)
