A navigation mark is located near a sea wall in Botany Bay, in the southern suburb of Sandringham. Two cormorants sit on the posts of Sandringham Baths, a tidal pool also known as Vanston Baths. In the distance you can see the beach at Dolls Point and the port facilities at Port Botany.
Good perches for the birds.
ReplyDeleteI enjoy seeing your photo of the bay with navigation light and Cormorants.
ReplyDeleteI was also looking for birds on the posts. That might be too deep for me to swim?
ReplyDelete..
You can start off at the shore where it is shallow for a while but it does get deep.
