The Pacific Adventure is a Grand-class cruise ship operated by P&O Cruises Australia. It was previously named Golden Princess when built in 2001. It is seen here turning around to depart Sydney Harbour, assisted by the PSA Marvel, a tug boat built in 2020. The office buildings in the distance are in the northern suburb of North Sydney.

I heard that some ocean liners with long histories stopping in Australian ports will be cease service in 2025. I hope at least the Pacific Adventure continues to provide great trips to Australians.
ReplyDeleteP&O is now owned by Carnival Cruises and they will be dropping the P&O branding next year. Not sure whether all the ships will be retired too.

ReplyDeleteI think I will take a "pass" on this ship.

Very impressive. Not for me though! I noticed you didn't link to Shadow Shot Sunday. Someone mentioned an error message when they tried, but the link still showed.
