Auburn, Fauna Reserve

 
This emu is in the Auburn Fauna Reserve in the grounds of Auburn Botanic Gardens in the western suburb of Auburn.

  1. I love this shot. The bird is wonderful but the light and shadows of its enclosure is cool as well.

  2. There are emus at a zoo near where I used to live. They try to peck you though the fencing! Interesting looking birds. Nice shadow on this one!
