This bandstand is located in Belmore Park in the inner city suburb of Haymarket. It was built in 1910 in the Federation style.

Was it used for public musical performances back in the day? What about more recently?
It did accommodate musical bands to perform concerts back in the day. Not really used much these days apart from some festivals.
