Newtown, presbytery

The former St Pius V Catholic Church Presbytery is located beside the church along Edgeware Road, in the inner city suburb of Newtown. This heritage listed building was built  in 1911, in the Edwardian architectural style.

    1. Mersad, it was the presbytery which is the residence of a Catholic priest.

  8. I have never heard heard the term Presbytery for what might be called a Manse, Parsonage or Rectory in my area. Tom The Backroads Traveller
