'The Questioning Column' is an artwork that adorns a column outside the front entrance of the Art Gallery of New South Wales in The Domain. It was created by Sheila Hicks out of acrylic fibres for the 20th Biennale of Sydney, Australia's largest contemporary arts festival.
Whenever I visit Sydney, I always allocate half of day to catch up with the most recent additions or changes to Art Gallery of New South Wales. The Questioning Column is, however, a more recent addition.
