This heritage listed building was built in 1912 in the Federation Free Classical architectural style. The building is associated with the working class co-operative, a self help by skilled workers who formed it to keep prices down on everyday commodities.

Sign me up! I would love to join a cooperative run by skilled workers, to keep prices down. And the building looks solid as well.
ReplyDeleteYou seem to have a lot of that architectural style there. It's a beautiful building.
