This commercial and residential building is located along Enmore Road, in the inner city suburb of Newtown. It was built in the Victorian architectural style and now houses a Turkish restaurant.
Pide is like a Turkish version of a pita bread or a Turkish pizza. They're not round but long like a bread roll and topped/stuffed with Spinach & Fetta Cheese or combinations of Lamb, Chicken, Beef, Vegies or Cheese.
Interesting facade. It kind of suits a Turkish restaurant.
ReplyDeleteThe facade looks welcoming.
ReplyDeleteI enjoy a kebab now & again but I've never eaten Pides.
ReplyDeleteThis restaurant is in a great looking building. Had to look up Pides. It is a kind of spinach and lamb on a small pizza. Sounds good to me.
