Randwick, terrace house

"Seaview" is a heritage listed terrace house located along Rae Street, in the eastern suburb of Randwick. Built in 1906 it is a late example of the Victorian style with strong Queen Anne influence.

  1. The rows of beautiful terrace homes were the finest gift Victorian architecture left for us. They are worth a fortune now.

  2. Lovely old heritage house, does anyone live in it?

    1. Yes, there's a whole street of heritage listed houses and they are occupied.

  3. It must be so lovely to sit out there and enjoy the view. I think it was Glebe where there were some of such beauties, too.

  4. Beautiful! It looks a bit tilted...more because of the tilted pole in front.

  5. Lovely. Hope you are surviving the terrible fires.

  6. What a beautiful Renaissance style house. A pity that the first story is hidden by that high hedge. Nevertheless, am happy you caught it for All Seasons! It has some fairytale aspects to it:) Wishing you a very happy New Year in all aspects of life!
