Rockdale, manse

The manse or parsonage for the former Rockdale Methodist Church along Bay Street, in the southern suburb of Rockdale. The church was built in 1886, the manse in 1887 and became part of the Uniting Church in 1977.

  2. Nice, but plain, perfect for a manse. I hadn't heard the word manse since I was a kid.

    1. I wasn't familiar with the term either, Lydia, before I starting researching the history of these buildings.
