'Fairview' is a heritage listed house located along Wollongong Road, in the southern suburb of Arncliffe. It was built in the late 1800s in the Victorian style. The property is associated with Thomas and Alexander Milsop who made their fortunes in the Kurrajong Goldfield near Forbes. Their other property on the same block is 'Belmont'.

I wonder if it is still a family home. The garden looks very green.
ReplyDeleteIt does seem to be still used as a family residence.
DeleteIt is used as family home, it’s currently on the market
DeleteIts nice to see a slightly more normal looking home built in this style (not an imposing mansion, even if the original owners were wealthy).
ReplyDeleteI like its look.
ReplyDeleteThe balcony shaded by the slanted roof looks like a very cool place to sit. I also like all the lush landscaping around the home. It is good it has been preserved
ReplyDeleteLovely and delightful ~
