These vessels are displayed at the Australian National Maritime Museum at Darling Harbour. The Harman is a Royal Australian Navy motor launch built in 1944 by the firm Storey and Keers. The MV Krait is a wooden-hulled boat famous for its use during World War II by the Z Special Unit (Z Force) of Australia during the Operation Jaywick raid against Japanese ships anchored in Singapore Harbour.

The one in the foreground in particular doesn't seem a likely candidate for a war ship - it looks like it would be a great tourist boat to ride around seeing the sights of Sydney Harbour!
