This former corner shop is located on the corner of Elizabeth Street and Paddington Street, in the inner eastern suburb of Paddington. It is now home to The Finery Company, a custom tailor.
Another lovely building. I love the balcony - it reminds me of ironwork I've seen in the Southern United States, especially in Charleston, South Carolina.

The veranda looks wonderful, as do the large windows below the veranda. Only the windows down the side look tiny.
