"The Lights of Christmas" is an annual light projection show on the façade of St Mary's Cathedral, which this year ran from 14th December until Christmas night 25th December. These animated projections featured images for the Christmas carol "The Twelve Days of Christmas" which were accompanied with the tune. They are a partridge in a pear tree, two turtle doves, three french hens, four calling birds, five golden rings, six geese a-laying, seven swans a-swimming, eight maids a-milking, nine ladies dancing, ten lords a-leaping, eleven pipers piping, twelve drummers drumming.
