This commercial and residential building is located on the corner of Wardell Road and Ewart Street, in the inner west suburb of Dulwich Hill. 'Nea Zoi' was built in 2019 with shops on the ground floor and apartments above. This photo was taken a couple of years ago when Alevri, a Greek cafe and bakery was operating on the corner.

DeleteNice to have a cafe under where you live! Too bad it isn't there any more.
ReplyDeleteA new cafe has taken over the lease with more Australian style food and some Middle Eastern flavours on the menu.
DeleteI am with Sallie. Dense living is fine, as long as the large cafe and bakery are open in the lovely corner facility. And open for long hours each day.
