The Sirius Building is an apartment complex along Cumberland Street at The Rocks. It was designed by Tao Gofers in the Brutalist style and built in 1979. A major refurbishment was undertaken in 2022-2023 by JDH Capital, BVN Architecture, 360 Degrees Landscape Architects and Kelly Hoppen with significant changes to the 76 apartments. The original building can be seen here.

ReplyDeleteIt was originally public housing and the residents were moved out. It was sold to a developer and the apartments were then sold to private buyers.
