Gadigal, metro station

Gadigal metro station is an underground station located below Pitt Street, on the Sydney Metro North West & Bankstown Line. It opened in 2024 when the Metro North West Line was extended from Chatswood to Sydenham via Central. This slick bench is on the platform between the two entrance points at Bathurst Street and Park Street. Gadigal station was named after the Gadigal people who were the local Indigenous Australians.

  1. That's a different look. I like it. I had to biggify it to see it better.

  2. I had not known the name Gadigal Land until my radio station said each day: "ABC radio farewell from Gadigal land". They didn't even mention whether it was Melbourne, Sydney or somewhere else.
