This historic building is located along Oxford Street in the inner city suburb of Paddington. It was originally built as a retail and residential building. It now features a newsagent on the ground floor, a cosmetic medicine practice on the first floor and a residence on the second floor. With the demand for physical newspapers and magazines dropping off in recent years, many newsagencies across the country have closed. The ones that survive rely on sales of lottery tickets, stationery and gifts to stay in business.
