The Bondi Surf Bathers Life Saving Club is located in the eastern suburb of Bondi Beach. The Bondi Surf Club was founded on 21st February 1907 and is officially recognised as the oldest surf lifesaving club in the world. This heritage clubhouse building was designed by Ross and Rowe and built in 1934 in the art deco style.

Perfect Deco design for purpose. Imagine sweaty young men running around expensive wall paper and delicate furniture. The Surf Club still looks ideal now.
