These kinetic sculptures in Watermans Cove at Barangaroo at sunset. 'Monuments for Fishes' were created by artist Mikala Dwyer in 2026, paying homage to the Indigenous women who fished along the cove well before colonisation. The five 23-metre sculptures are crafted from carbon fibre, fibreglass and steel - the same materials used for yachts and they sway with the tides, winds and currents.
