The Rocks, Vivid Sydney, Light Breezes

These colourful wind socks are part of the Vivid Sydney Festival, which runs from 25 May until 11 June. They hang above Cambridge Street, off Argyle Street at The Rocks. The interactive lights change colour when people walk under them. "Light Breezes" was created by Tim Carr, Tim Hunt, Jo Black and Carter Leung from Arup and Mark Gilder from Mustard Design.

  1. Looks fantastic Jim, some of the colours are a little eerie, looking forward to more images from Vivid Sydney.

  2. The Vivid Sydney festival looks like quite a spectacular event. I love the idea of the wind socks that change colour and what a great place for a chandelier.
