Darling Harbour, footbridge

This contemporary footbridge was reconstructed in 2012 as part of the Darling Quarter redevelopment at Darling Harbour. It takes pedestrians over Harbour Street, from Liverpool Street to the new office developments near Tumbalong Park.

  1. I have to smile every time I see a Mazda Miata with its top down this time of year, something we don't see a lot of here in NoVA in February. :-)

    1. Interesting. We don't call it a Miata here. It's called an MX-5.

  8. Good one, Jim! «Louis» thanks you for linking it with Sunday Bridges.

The design reminds «Louis» of the Pleasanton-Dublin BART station in the San Francisco East Bay area. (BART = Bay Area Rapid Transit)
