Avonmore is a group of nine terrace houses located along The Avenue, opposite Alison Park, in the eastern suburbs of Randwick. These heritage listed, three storey terrace houses were built in 1888 by John Walsh in the Victorian Italianate architectural style. The middle terrace seen here is currently run as a boutique hotel known as Avonmore on the Park, while remaining terraces are all privately owned.
