Dawes Point, Walsh Bay, warehouses

A view of the former warehouse that links Pier 3 with Pier 4 at Walsh Bay, in the inner city suburb of Dawes Point. These restored buildings house the Sydney Dance Company, the Sydney Theatre Company and The Wharf Theatre. The small cafe on the ground floor has views of Walsh Bay. Through the opening, you can see a quirky artwork on display, in the middle of a roundabout in Hickson Road, called "Still Life With Stone and Car" which was created by artist Jimmie Durham in 2004.
