"Tectonic" is a fluorescent art installation which was located above Kendall Lane, beside the Discovery Museum at The Rocks, during the Vivid Sydney Festival. It was created by Sean Virili, Justin Hartany, Matt Fung and Jamie Bastoli who suspended 1500 upcycled PET bottles filled with tonic water. The quinine in the tonic interacts with invisible ultraviolet rays to emit a glowing blue light at night.
