Australian National Maritime Museum

The outdoor exhibits of the Australian National Maritime Museum at Darling Harbour. The Waterfront Pavilion showcases the danger and drama of military life at sea, through a high-tech exhibition and also has function areas looking out on the harbour. It was developed to mark the centenary of World War I and commemorate over 100 years of service by the Royal Australian Navy.

  1. Great choice for a post! The Australian National Maritime Museum at Darling Harbour is perfectly located on the water. I spent a great day there.

    1. I'd never heard of a RoRo ferry before so I just looked it up. Thanks for that.

  6. Nice image. I am always amazed at the large size of a military ship and and the small size of the quarters. I just have to remember that this is a weapon, not a cruise ship.
