OH! Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful church.
ReplyDeleteQuite distinctive. It looks older than it would have to be.
ReplyDeleteSt. Sophia and Her Three Daughters! Will have to look that up.
ReplyDelete...this is a lovely one, Jim.
ReplyDeleteThe architecture of it does look Greek!
ReplyDeleteIt does look like something you'd see whitewashed on a Greek island.
DeleteVery nice church missing the blue dome for a Greek Church
ReplyDeleteLove the stone! So pristine!
ReplyDeleteHello Jim, Love this bright white church and the beautiful stained glass rosette window! The narrow pointed ones look like the gothic style. I wonder if there was originally a tower one on the middle piece (or did they run out of funds?). In any case, a beautiful Greek-Orthodox find for All Seasons - thank you much! Have a great week, Jesh
