"Butterfly in Love with Flower" is a sculpture located near the Australian National Maritime Museum at Darling Harbour. It was created in 2014 by Zheng Lu and is displayed as part of the "On Sharks & Humanity" exhibition. The large stainless steel sculpture, characterised by its delicate bubble-like structure, depicts a shark fin. The title Butterfly in Love with Flower refers to a Chinese poem in which a butterfly falls in love with a flower about to disappear. The bronze sculpture on the right is "Windjammer Sailors", on permanent display outside the Wharf 7 Maritime Heritage Centre of the museum.
That is beautifully done.
