The former St David's Anglican church is located on the corner of Hirst Street and Edward Street, in the southern suburb of Arncliffe. A small chapel was erected on this site sometime prior to 1861 and this church was built in 1879. A larger more prominent location in Forest Road was found for the new St David's Anglican church, built in 1915. It has been home to St George Potters Group since 1973, operating as a pottery school.

The shadows are large on this tiny church.
ReplyDeleteThat does look small, hope it is still used
ReplyDeleteIt is a pretty small church. Looks more like a small house. Well maintained.
ReplyDelete...Lovely!
ReplyDeleteCute. I'm having trouble judging the size because it looks taller than normal.
