Stanmore, St Michael the Archangel Catholic Church

St Michael the Archangel Catholic Church is located along Clarendon Road, in the inner west suburb of Stanmore. It was built in 1916 in the Federation style.

  3. I've never heard of the Federation style. What does it mean, exactly?

    1. The Federation of Australia was in 1901, so it's the architectural style of that era. It spans the Queen Anne and Edwardian periods.
