Stanmore, corner shop

This former corner shop and residence is located on the corner of Percival Road and Myrtle Street, in the inner west suburb of Stanmore. This heritage listed building was built in 1907 in the Federation Filigree style. It once housed Cafe Floriade and is now Sixpenny, an intimate gourmet restaurant.

    1. I haven't tried it, to be honest. It's one of those expensive, upmarket degustation restaurants with a set menu and wine list.

  3. That's quite a mixture of styles! The porch looks like something from a cowboy movie.
