This view of Argyle Street towards the Argyle Bridge at The Rocks is from George Street. Normally, this place would be full of people but since the coronavirus pandemic things have been very quiet and many outdoor restaurants and cafes are not opening at night.
One of my favourite area of Sydney that I haven't seen for many years. Thank you.

Hello,
ReplyDeletePretty shot, I like the lights! Take care, enjoy your day!
...wonderful night scene!
ReplyDeleteBit eerie but very nice set of natural and artificial lights.
ReplyDeleteI like the view.
ReplyDeleteA little eerie but beautiful. I bet you’ve never seen this street without people before all this.
ReplyDeleteI've never seen The Rocks area looking like a ghost town before.
DeleteGlad they still have the lights on!
ReplyDeleteIs it Christmas-time already?
ReplyDeleteHere it is, a bit, all year round. A wee bit.
These trees are lit up all year round.
DeleteA very nice photo of this place, it's a shame that it is so deserted because of the Corona!
ReplyDeleteGreetings Elke
I remember the Rocks area quite well, but it's been so long since I've been. I remember eating at a place there called Pancakes on the Rocks. I hope I get to visit Sydney again one of these days.
