The Dr Chau Chak Wing Building is a Business School building on the campus of the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), between Ultimo Road and The Goods Line, in the inner city suburb of Ultimo. The 12-storey tower was designed by Canadian American architect Frank Gehry and built in 2014. "Frankly, My Dear..." was a light show designed by Sincair Park for the annual Vivid Sydney Festival, which ran from 27 May to 18 June 2022. The dynamic light show illuminates thr windows with colour-changing cove lights and wall grazers which respond to the level of activity in the area, transitioning from frenetic pulsing of saturated colour during busy periods to more subdued and relaxed feelings as the evening winds down.
