Zetland, East Village, lift
This decorated lift is located in the East Village shopping centre, in the inner city suburb of Zetland. The exterior has been transformed for the annual Sydney Mardi Gras. The 47th annual Sydney Mardi Gras parade is on Saturday and the theme is "Free To Be".

Haymarket, cafe

This former warehouse building is located along Valentine Street, in the inner city suburb of Haymarket. It now houses "A Common Being" which includes the busineses "Outta Coffee" a cafe on the ground floor, "Maillot" a shop which curates street fashion and designer brands from around the world and "Blank Gallery" a dynamic creative art space. This building was previously home to the Trinity Lutheran Church.

Bexley, church hall

This church hall is located along Albyn Street, in the southern suburb of Bexley. It was built in 1918 the Federation style and sits beside Christ Church Anglican Church built in 1887.

Marrickville, graffiti art

This is part of an extensive mural on a hoarding on the corner of Edinburgh Road and Sydney Street, in the inner west suburb of Marrickville. This artwork was created by graffiti artist Phibs. Behind it is a development site for a new metro railway line being built from the city to the south western suburbs via Sydenham.

Haymarket, Memory Lines

'Memory Lines' or the Australian Workers Memorial is located in Reflection Park, in the inner city suburb of Haymarket. This 4.5 metre sculpture was designed by Ingrid Skirka and is made from bronze, steel and cement. It is a memorial dedicated to those workers who lost their lives in the workplace. This area has been redevolped but a past view can be seen here.

Chinatown, Lunar Lanterns, Snake
Lunar Lanterns have been installed around the city to celebrate the Sydney Lunar New Year Festival. This year is the Year of the Snake in the Chinese zodiac. This Snake lantern is installed along the Dixon Street pedestrian mall, at the corner of Factory Street in Chinatown in the inner city suburb of Haymarket. It was created by Alexandra Sommer and Brad Clark and inspired by children's craft. The zodiac symbol of the Snake can be characterised as being sly or ruthless, however signifies wisdom and humour.

Haymarket, Lunar New Year, paifang

This busker performs at a paifang along George Street where it meets Campbell Street, beside the Capitol Square Hotel. A paifang, also known as a pailou, is a traditional style of architectural arch or gateway structure which has been installed to celebrate the Sydney Lunar New Year Festival. The saxophone player displays a QR code so fans can learn more about him and purchase his music.

Chinatown, Lunar New Year, Snake
These Snake Lanterns are located along the Dixon Street pedestrian mall, at the corner of Little Hay Street in Chinatown, in the inner city suburb of Haymarket. They have been installed to celebrate the Lunar New Year and the Year of the Snake. They were created by Haymarket HQ and Basalt Studio, led by brother sister duo Anthony Ho and Fiona Ho.

Dawes Point, art
This artwork created for the Sydney Festival 2025 is located on the pedestrian bridge over Hickson Road in the inner city suburb of Dawes Point. The bridge links Wharf 2/3 at Walsh Bay to Pottinger Park with the Sydney Harbour Bridge in the distance. 'Ngabu' was designed by Aunty Lola Ryan in homage to the series of shell harbour bridges created by her mother Lola Delia Ryan which are now found in the Art Gallery of New South Wales and the Museum of Contemporary Art.

Sydney Harbour Bridge, Campbells Cove
A view from the jetty at Campbells Cove at The Rocks towards the Sydney Harbour Bridge. The 'Baca' is a 43.4m motor yacht built in 2008 by the Danish shipyard Royal Denship and is available for charter. The smaller boat has just departed from the jetty.

The Randwick Light Rail Stop is located along High Street, beside the Prince of Wales Hospital, in the eastern suburb of Randwick. It is the final destination on the L2 Randwick Light Rail service and a rest stop for drivers before they depart for Circular Quay.

Oatley, railway station
Oatley railway station is located along Mulga Road near the corner of River Road, in the southern suburb of Oatley. The station opened in 1885 and is served by Sydney Trains on the T4 Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line. The trains departing on platform 1 head north to the city and trains departing on platform 2 head south towards the suburb of Sutherland.

Millers Point, Windmill Street

These buildings are located Windmill Street in the inner city suburb of Millers Point. On the left corner, as Windmill Street wraps around, is the heritage-listed Oswald Bond Store with an entrance in Kent Street. This former warehouse was built in 1893 in the Victorian style but was partly rebuilt in 1904 after a fire with Federation and Free Classical styles. On the right corner with Argyle Place is a row of terraces which has commercial space on the ground floor with residential space above, built around 1906 in the Federation style. The high rise office buildings in the distance, including Salesforce Tower, are in the central business district. The Windmill Street Bridge and Munn Street Bridge in the foreground were built in 1910 when Hickson Road below was cut out of the sandstone cliff to provide a link between the wharves on Walsh Bay and those being built at Darling Harbour.

Rockdale, Gujaga Park, sculpture

This sculpture is located in a sand pit in the children's playground at Gujaga Park, along West Botany Street in the southern suburb of Rockdale. The frog is one of five types of animal sculptures carved from sandstone.

Rockdale, mural
This is part of an extensive mural along the walls and pillars of the walkways and travelators leading from the underground car park to Rockdale Plaza shopping centre, in the southern suburb of Rockdale. The mural was created by Joe Whyte in 2022 and depicts historic moments and landmarks from the local area. This depicts two men at the Rockdale Council Cubrooms in 1968.

The Rocks, Sirius Building
The Sirius Building is an apartment complex along Cumberland Street at The Rocks. It was designed by Tao Gofers in the Brutalist style and built in 1979. A major refurbishment was undertaken in 2022-2023 with significant changes to the 76 apartments. The other part of the building can be seen here. The chimney stack belongs to the nearby Mining Museum.

Barangaroo, skyscrapers and ferry

A late afternoon view across Darling Harbour, to the wharves at Barangaroo. The Fantasea Joy is a 23 metre catamaran ferry heading across Darling Harbour. The tallest buildings in the background are Crown Sydney, One Sydney Harbour and the International Towers. The smaller buildings include Anadara, Alexander Residences and Barangaroo House.

Kogarah, Uniting Church
These former factory buidings are bounded by Gray Street, Kensington Street and Post Office Lane in the southern suburb of Kogarah. The former Kogarah Methodist Church and the former Congregational Church amalgamated to form the Uniting Church. Those church buildings were sold and demolished in 1986 to facilitate the expansion of the St George Hospital. This nearby discarded factory became home to the Uniting Church Brighton-Kogarah Congregation and the Kogarah Storehouse, a public benevolent institution which provides support to those in need.

Dawes Point, Hickson Road
These former bond stores opposite Walsh Bay Wharves have been redeveloped for use as shops and restaurants along Hickson Road in the inner city suburb of Dawes Point. Feekah Cafe Sydney is described as a pink floral cafe and features window displays of pink flowers on pink bicycles. The tree casting a shadow is in the median strip of the road, where two blue, share e-bikes have also been abandoned.
