I really like the lighting in this photo. I'm a bit partial to pubs. :-)
You show us such interesting sights from your part of the world. I like the sky shot as well, lovely reflection in calm water.
Botany Bay, what a name! Looks like a great place to spend time!
hee hee...No doubt, many a hangover started here in its 145 years!;-D
Like it Jim, never seen this one before.
You never disappoint us with your post sharing so many interesting places in your world. Very nice and thank you for visiting.
I´d love to visit it. Seems nice :)Greetings from ArgentinaElisa
Australians have always loved their beer :)What is that architectural structure in front of the building - is that an old veranda that has been closed in?
Quite an impressive building for 1865.
Built to last!
I'd like to stay there, looks nice. Your photo of the pond below is exquisite.
Hels, yes I think it would have been a veranda or balcony originally. There's an old photo on the pub's website that shows a different enclosure before the most recent renovations to the facade.
How nice. Happy Weekend
Nice image. Reminds me of some of our Brisbane pubs but also slightly different at the same time.Cheerstff
