This sunset is over the railway station in the southern suburb of Carlton. The view is from the edge of the concourse, down to the edges of the platform and the edges of the station buildings.
The sun setting over the shiny track rails and the sweet red buildings is beautiful. The mixture of color is striking in its unique way. This is such a quaint and attractive capture and one that is composed quite well.
So much character in these old train stations. Add the rails disappearing in the distance and that fantastic sky - What a beautiful photograph! Thanks for visiting!

ReplyDeleteGreat sunset!! Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.
ReplyDeleteI like the stations built way back then as they all have a similar style and are quite expansive. That verandah style is quite appealing.
ReplyDeleteEdge of a day, returning home, peacefulness.
