Eveleigh, crane tank locomotive

The former Eveleigh Railway Yards are part of the Australian Technology Park, in the inner city suburb of Eveleigh. The 1083 is a luffing crane tank locomotive which stands in Innovation Plaza, outside the former Locomotive Workshop.

    1. Well, it forms part of a Heritage Workshop Display in the first two bays of the Locomotive Workshop so it almost is a train museum.

    2. Nice shot, Jim. I'm so glad that you are blogging about Eveleigh, as there are so many amazing relics left there, and not enough people know about it. I hope the ATP holds another Open Day.
Thanks also for visiting the Eveleigh page on my blog!
