The buildings at Darling Harbour feature a new 'inflatable' brand identity with promotional signs in the style of inflated balloons. The Cockle Bay Wharf building, on the eastern side of Cockle Bay, has restaurants, cafes, bars, a nightclub and a function centre, is featuring this giant "EAT" sign above one of the main entrances. Other promo signs in the area are "SHOP" and "AHOY".
It's an ad encouraging eating.

Wonderful, I love that building! Cute Pic
ReplyDeleteCreative balloon art. I have never seen a balloon shaped into a sign. I wonder how well it stands up to inclement weather?
ReplyDeleteI don't think they are balloons at all. I suspect they are plastic castings shaped like balloons. They do look authentic but.
DeleteThat's a sign you can't miss!
ReplyDeleteIt's an eye catcher.
ReplyDeleteHa! I bet you can see that from a distance. ;)
ReplyDeleteThat is a wonderful sign! I do love that red.
ReplyDeleteFantastic shot Jim, and at a great angle too!
